• 8-8:30 am - Registration
• 8:30 am - 5K and 1 mile run/walk
• 9:15 am - Opening Ceremony and Awards
• 9:30-11am - Wellness Fair/Screenings
• 10-10:30 am - Menopause & Osteoporosis
• 10:30-11 am - Osteoporosis & Bone Density Screenings

Health fair with more than 30 booths and health-related giveaways, bone density screenings, health related workshops, photos with your own milk mustache, blood pressure screenings, health cooking demos, exercise demonstrations, Kids for Stronger Bones activity area, Ask the Doctor and Ask the Nutritionist booths (times for these workshops are to be determined and will be updated here).
